Monique Hayes was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She earned a scholarship to The Ohio State University where she became of the best triple jumpers in the country. Now she resides in Atlanta, GA and is a fitness trainer, motivator, bodybuilder and world record power-lifter. She is one of Atlanta’s premiere female fitness professionals. Monique helps prepare clients for bodybuilding and fitness shows as well as personal training and health and fitness regimens. She enjoys the challenge of creating effective workout routines that fit in with a person's unique lifestyle, schedule, and needs.
No matter what your fitness level Monique can design a routine to help you achieve your fitness goals. The most important title that Monique holds is "mom." She looks forward to spending time with her family everyday. Monique says her day would not be complete without all of the extra laundry, cooking, etc...,
