Catherine
Skelly Bio:
This native Chicagoan is a Paramedic Firefighter for Chicago. She is also a personal trainer on the side and first began bodybuilding 5 years ago and trains with Chuck Sanow at USA Gym. Catherine was involved in sports growing up and played competitive volleyball in highschool and club ball. She noticed that she began building muscle very quickly and her love for the gym began there and loves to compete. She says she loves the mental drive it takes to compete and her goal every year/show is to make improvements. The sport of bodybuilding is FUN and keeps her in shape. Catherine says she has a wonderful career and very supportive family which are the most important things in life. Catherine loves to train her shoulders and competes between 145lbs and 150lbs. During the offseason she comes stays between 165lbs and 170lbs.
