37 year old Andrea, began to train with 12 years ago when I saw the singer Madonna, and wanted to have defined muscles like hers, that was how she started training. Andrea is a lawyer, but works today as a personal trainer at the gym with her husband in São Paulo, Brazil, and would like to one day be able to compete in the Olympia then retire from competition.
Andrea first began her career as an athlete in 2002 in the federation NABBA, and in her very first competitions in Brazil she was champion in a lot of competitions. Andrea became champion in the Miss Universe (England) in 2005 that earned her the name in the hall of fame, In 2007 she won the Miss Universe and overall, then in 2008 became a pro figure competitor and competed in Kentucky as a figure pro, but the standards of the NABBA are very different from the IFBB, and did not place. In September 2009 Andrea competed in New York in figure and she lost 15 pounds of muscle and only trained aerobic exercises, but did not qualify. In 2010 she decided that it was better to try bodybuilding because she enjoys the hard training, and competed in New York and at the IFBB Tampa Pro Show, but did not obtain good results. Andrea plans to compete again but only needs to adjust her physique a little, because she as the symmetry and physique.
